Strategic promotions highlight Manheim’s focus on people, performance, and leadership growth
ATLANTA, October 29, 2025 – Manheim has appointed six seasoned leaders to new general manager roles, each bringing a proven track record in auction operations, client service and team development. Together, they reflect the depth and strength of Manheim’s leadership pipeline.
Meet Manheim’s New General Managers
- Tom Wemhoff has been named leader of the Southern California Market Center and general manager of Manheim Riverside. In addition to Riverside, the Market Center also includes Manheim California, Manheim Oceanside, Manheim Southern California and Manheim Hawaii.
- Jessica Albright has been named general manager of Manheim Southern California.
- Sandra Santas has been named general manager of Manheim San Antonio.
- Shawn Springer has been named general manager of Manheim Central Florida.
- Christina Flatt has been named general manager of Manheim St. Pete.
- Matt Kirkwood has been named general manager of Manheim Utah.

Why Now
Three of these promotions—Wemhoff, Albright and Santas—follow recent leadership appointments tied to Manheim’s latest strategic moves. Those include promoting Chris “CB” Brown to vice president of Mobile Inspections, after the acquisition of Alliance Inspection Management (AiM), and naming Mike Browning to associate vice president of Industry Operations.
Leadership Profiles at a Glance
- Tom Wemhoff, leader of the Southern California Market Center and general manager, Manheim Riverside: Wemhoff, promoted to CB Brown’s former role, has nearly 30 years with Manheim and previously served in roles from finance to general manager for both Manheim California and Manheim Southern California. He is known for guiding teams through change and mentoring future leaders.
- Jessica Albright, general manager, Manheim Southern California: Albright succeeds Tom Wemhoff and brings 30 years of experience with Manheim. She began her career as an accounting clerk, advanced to controller, and most recently served as assistant general manager at Manheim Riverside. She led sustainability initiatives that earned Manheim Riverside three consecutive platinum awards in the Zero Waste to Landfill program.
- Sandra Santas, general manager, Manheim San Antonio: Santas, stepping into the role previously held by Mike Browning, brings more than 30 years of experience in automotive operations and finance with Manheim. Her career spans roles from recon administrator to regional controller, and she most recently served as assistant general manager at Manheim San Antonio.
- Shawn Springer, general manager, Manheim Central Florida: Springer has more than 14 years at Cox Automotive, including time at the corporate office and leadership roles across four Manheim locations. Most recently, he led Manheim St. Pete, driving modernization, strong financial performance and deeper client partnerships.
- Christina Flatt, general manager, Manheim St. Pete: Flatt, who succeeds Shawn Springer, brings 26 years of auction experience with roles at Manheim Nashville, Pennsylvania, and Tampa. Since 2021, she has served as assistant general manager for the Tampa Market Center, streamlining processes, driving employee engagement and supporting leadership at Manheim Tampa, Lakeland, St. Pete and Ft. Myers.
- Matt Kirkwood, general manager, Manheim Utah: Kirkwood began his automotive career 26 years ago after serving in the Marine Corps. He has held leadership roles at multiple Manheim locations and most recently served as assistant general manager in Dallas, where he helped more than double the business and strengthen relationships with commercial clients.
