Patrick Brennan

Senior Vice President, Inventory Solutions, Marketplace

Patrick Brennan is senior vice president of Inventory Solutions, Marketplace for Cox Automotive, a subsidiary of Cox Enterprises which includes Manheim North America, consumer-facing media properties Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book, as well as a suite of brands that provide software tools that help dealers and manufacturers manage their inventory and advertising online.

In this newly titled role, which reflects the company’s commitment to transform its operations into an all-inclusive, 24/7 seamless marketplace, Brennan leads auction and digital operations for Inventory Solutions. He and his team are responsible for building upon the multi-year investment enabling clients to buy and sell cars more efficiently and effectively – and other inventory solutions products – whenever and wherever they choose.

Prior to his current role, Brennan was senior vice president of logistics solutions for Cox Automotive, In this role, Brennan was responsible for leading the continued growth and transformation of the company’s logistics business, which includes the Ready Logistics and Central Dispatch brands.

Previously, Brennan served as senior vice president, integration, for Cox Automotive, where he was responsible for overseeing Cox Automotive’s integration of Dealertrack, the largest integration in the history of Cox Enterprises. He has also served as senior vice president, operations, for Cox Automotive, as well as group vice president, Financial Services, where he oversaw NextGear Capital Inc., Manheim ExportTrader and Manheim's credit & collections function.

Brennan joined Manheim in 1991 as a senior accountant. Since then, he has served in positions of increasing responsibility, including assistant general manager at both Statesville Auto Auction in North Carolina and Georgia Dealers Auto Auction in Atlanta, before being promoted to director of consistency on the Best Practices team in November of 2003. In January 2006, Brennan was named director of International operations and in June 2006, he became vice president of Operations-Canada. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing Manheim’s existing Canadian operations, exploring new business opportunities and evaluating the growth potential in Canada. In March 2010, Brennan became market vice president for the Georgia and Tennessee markets and served in this role until becoming Financial Services Group vice president.

Brennan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
