Manheim locations across the country were honored recently by clients for outstanding performance. In total, 10 Manheim locations and their teams were recognized with 13 different awards for top results in various aspects of vehicle remarketing, including customer service, sales volume and operational excellence.
Chase Auto Finance announced the recipients of its 18th Annual Chase Cup for Auction Excellence Awards during the 2016 National Auto Auction Association convention in Las Vegas. Awards were handed out based on a performance review of 30 of the nation’s best auto auctions in such areas as retention, operational efficiency, expense control, accuracy, sales and service delivery. Manheim Phoenix earned the Best National Auction Performance award in addition to being recognized for best regional performance in the West. In total, Chase honored six Manheim locations, including:
Manheim Phoenix – Best National Auction Performance and Best Regional Performance, Western
Manheim Pennsylvania – Best Regional Performance, Northeastern and Best National Land Rover Sales
Manheim Minneapolis – Best Regional Performance, Midwestern
Manheim Orlando – Best Regional Performance, Southeastern
Manheim Seattle – Best National Mazda Sales and Best National Subaru Sales
Manheim Atlanta – Best National Jaguar Sales
In early November, Enterprise Holdings also honored top-performing auctions, presenting its 2016 Auction Achievement Awards in two categories: whole-car auctions and damaged-vehicle auctions. Recipients were recognized for exceptional performance in the areas of communication, customer service, marketing and reconditioning, operational excellence and strategic planning. Manheim winners in the whole-car category included Manheim Ft Lauderdale and Manheim Cincinnati. In the damaged-vehicle category, Manheim Dallas – TRA and Manheim Tampa – TRA earned top honors.
