Manheim Leader Selected to Savoy Magazine’s 2016 Top Influential Women in Corporate America

When it comes to exemplary leadership there’s no shortage at Manheim. Dianne Earley, vice president of sales operations for Manheim, was recently included in Savoy Magazine’s 2016 Most Influential Women in Corporate America. Described as a cross section of African American business leaders embodying talent, leadership and grace while executing effectively in their corporate roles, Dianne joins 99 other women whose accomplishments and influence are matched only by their efforts to better their communities and inspire others.

Earley, who started her career in radio, joined Cox Communications in 2004 as vice president of National Sales for Cox Media. She quickly moved into the local cable sector as vice president, Cox Media in Northern Virginia before joining Manheim as market vice president in 2012. Today she centralizes all sales enablement functions so sales people have more time with clients and identifies new ways to grow revenue.

“This role combines my sales experience with the operations experience and is a cumulative use of all the things I have learned,” Dianne remarks. “All of the Cox organizations are looking for leaders. If you’re willing to step into things you don’t innately know and learn them quickly, it’s the same skill set everywhere you go.”

This isn’t Earley's first award. In 2008 Cablefax named her one of the Most Powerful Women in Cable. In 2009 she received the Touchstones of Leadership Catalyst Award from Washington/Baltimore chapter of Women in Cable and Telecommunications and in 2015 Profiles in Diversity Journal named her one of 2015’s “Women to Watch.”
