Virginia Auto Dealers Association Names Manheim Express a Partner Program
The Manheim Express mobile app offers VADA members a faster and easier way to list and sell inventory

ATLANTA – In a world of shrinking margins and increasing competition, the Virginia Auto Dealers Association (VADA) has named Manheim Express a partner program for its members, highlighting how the app can help them gain wholesale efficiencies and make more money. Last month, Manheim Express, a mobile app that offers dealers a fast and easy way to list and sell inventory right from their lots, signed on as an exclusive Program Partner to support VADA and its approximately 450 franchised new car and truck dealers.

“At VADA, we are always looking to provide our members with the best resources and most superior product options for their dealership, staff and customers,” said Don Hall, VADA President & CEO. “The Manheim Express mobile app brings dealers great value in the wholesale marketplace, and we are excited to partner with them for the benefit of our members and association.”

Launched in 2018, Manheim Express puts the power of the Manheim Marketplace in the palm of dealers’ hands with a fast and easy self-service way to list and sell inventory in the world's largest wholesale marketplace right from their lots. New in 2019 is an in-app buyer experience that help dealers quickly and confidently purchase fresh, local inventory, as well as an integration with vAuto’s Provision.

Using the Manheim Express app, dealers can list vehicles online within minutes, using 360-degree imaging with moveable images to highlight damage, as well as receive a Guaranteed First Bid, which sets a minimum floor price for a dealer’s vehicle. If the vehicle does not sell for the floor price, or higher, within two sale-days of being listed, Manheim will purchase the vehicle at the Guaranteed First Bid price. For dealers who want to be hands off with the listing process but still take advantage of the advanced imaging and listing capabilities in the app, Manheim Express has a new Concierge service where a specialist will do all the work for the dealer.

“VADA is an impactful organization that dealers rely on to get expert advice, guidance and support for their businesses,” said Derek Hansen, vice president of Offsite Solutions at Manheim. “The fact that VADA endorses Manheim Express as a valuable tool for dealers to buy and sell vehicles right from their lots is a testament to the app’s success in fueling greater efficiencies and helping dealers meet their goals.”

The Manheim Express mobile app is free to download on Apple and Android devices. For more information, visit ManheimExpress.com.
