Manheim helps customers ‘raise their game’
Dealers Took Advantage of Fall Promotion; Sharpened Their Knowledge of Products, Time Saving Tips

ATLANTA – With the increasing need to save time while better competing, Manheim helped dealers step up their game through a promotion that pointed out ways to buy and sell vehicles quicker and easier.  The ‘Raise Your Game' promotion, which ran from Sept 15-Oct 12, resulted in 21,000 visits to Manheim.com, 2,000 dealer customers viewing product videos to support their remarketing efforts and positive feedback.

 

“Dealers told us this promotion was very helpful because it showed them easier ways to buy and sell more vehicles more quickly,” said Stephen Smith, senior director of customer marketing for Manheim North America. “The goal of this promotion was to ensure customers were aware of the tools offered by us and to allow them to find, buy, sell and manage more vehicles.”

 

Dealers told Manheim that…

 

  • 30-second learning videos featuring a “coach” helped them learn more about Manheim’s products and services.  This included better understanding how to tailor remarketing solutions to fit their needs.
  • Many customers find brief, ‘how-to’ videos valuable in making Manheim products and services easier to use.  These videos are available at http://www.manheimtools.com/tlc/
  • The Wholesale Institute is a valuable resource that is sharpening their online wholesaling skills.  Due to popularity, Manheim added six new workshops to its schedule. Dealers can go to www.manheim.com/twi to view the full schedule
  • The tips used in Saved Search on Manheim.com can save a great deal of time.

 

  • Proactive alerts sent to advise them when the vehicles they are searching for reaches Manheim inventory make it easier for them to buy.

 

  • Manheim’s all-in-one offerings via Manheim’s mobile app is a valuable tool for their business.

 

As a result of feedback, Manheim has made learning tools available beyond the promotion.
