Manheim pennsylvania to host charity auction, texas hold’em poker tournament, feb. 20

MANHEIM, Pa., – To support the Johns Hopkins Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center and Johns Hopkins Heart and Vascular Institute, Manheim Pennsylvania will host a charity auction and Texas Hold’em poker tournament on Feb. 20 at 4 p.m. at the 1190 Lancaster Road operating location.

 

  • WHO/WHAT/WHERE: Manheim Pennsylvania’s top 50 buyers and sellers, and participants of the 2013 NextGEN series and their guests were invited to participate in the auction and tournament at to raise funds for two programs of Johns Hopkins Hospital, a well-known regional health care facility located in Baltimore, Md., that supports the Lancaster County region.
  • WHY: The charity auction and poker tournament provide NextGEN participants, Manheim Pennsylvania employees and Manheim customers an opportunity to provide support both the Johns Hopkins Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center and Johns Hopkins Heart and Vascular Institute.
  • NextGEN SERIES BACKGROUND: This fundraiser serves as the final of the four-part NextGEN series that began in 2013. NextGEN is an educational series developed by Manheim Pennsylvania to strengthen existing remarketing knowledge, and prepare the next generation of auto remarketing leaders. Participants include family members of dealer principals, owners and managers. Manheim Pennsylvania hosted three NextGEN series events last year.
