ATLANTA – Manheim operating locations from coast to coast received numerous awards in sales performance, technology and customer service at the recent 60^th annual National Auto Auction Association (NAAA) Convention, held last week in Washington, D.C. 

“Receiving these awards from our customers is an honor for Manheim because it confirms that we are delivering the types of service and results that customers value.  I’m very proud of our employees and their continued commitment to providing our customers the very best they have to offer,” said Mike Broe, Manheim’s executive vice president, operations.   

Following is a summary of the awards presented to Manheim at the NAAA Convention:

National Independent Automobile Dealers Association (NIADA)

NIADA awarded its highest honor, Auction of the Year, to Manheim Dallas-Fort Worth at the NAAA Convention. The auction was recognized for its outstanding support of its dealer community and NIADA programs.

GE Remarketing

Based on overall performance excellence, Manheim locations claimed all three of the regional GE Imagination at Work awards. Silver, East, went to Manheim Statesville; Silver, Central, to Manheim Chicago; and Silver, West, to Manheim Seattle. Other Manheim locations receiving recognition from GE Remarketing:

• Manheim Mississippi, Outstanding Promotion Event, East;
• Manheim San Francisco Bay, Outstanding Promotion Event, West;
• Manheim Metro Atlanta, National Internet Technology award;
• Manheim Utah, Mid-Market;
• Manheim Riverside’s Pat Chavez, Outstanding Performer; and 
• Manheim Corporate, National Promotional award.  

Toyota Financial Services

Toyota Financial Services recognized two Manheim locations with Toyota Financial Services’ Premier Auction Awards for overall service, retention and operational excellence.

Chase Auto Finance recognized five Manheim locations with Chase Auction Excellence Awards.

• Manheim New Jersey, Best Performance in Highlines and Internet Simulcast;
• Manheim Orlando, Best Performance Online;
• Manheim Fredericksburg, Best Performer Repossessions, Northeast Region; 
• Manheim Atlanta, Best Performer Repossessions, Southeast Region; and
• Manheim Seattle, Best Performer Repossessions, Western Region.

Capital One

Capital One honored two Manheim locations with awards:

• Manheim Baltimore-Washington, Auction of the Year, Northeast Region; and
• Manheim Central Florida, Highest Online Sales.
