Manheim Locations Receive Top Honors from Customers at NAAA
12 Locations Earned 16 Awards, including Best National Auction Performance from Chase Auto Finance

ATLANTA – Manheim locations across the country were honored by customers for outstanding performance at the 67th annual National Auto Auction Association (NAAA) convention held last week in Orlando. In total, 12 Manheim locations and their teams were recognized with 16 different awards for top results in various aspects of vehicle remarketing, including customer service, sales volume and operational excellence.   

“Being singled out by our customers for helping them meet their business goals is one of the highest compliments Manheim can receive,” said Janet Barnard, president of Manheim North America. “These awards are a testament to our locations’ commitment to delivering top-notch customer service and sales results. We are honored to receive these awards, and we are so very proud of the teams who earned them.”

Chase Auto Finance announced the recipients of its 17th Annual Chase Cup for Auction Excellence Awards, which were based on a performance review of 31 of the nation’s best auto auctions in such areas as retention, operational efficiency, expense control, accuracy, sales and service delivery. Manheim Minneapolis earned the Best National Auction Performance award in addition to being recognized for best regional performance in the Midwest. Manheim Seattle also received national and regional honors, including Best Regional Performance, West and Best National Mazda Sales. In total, Chase honored five Manheim locations, including:

  • Manheim Minneapolis – Best National Auction Performance and Best Regional Performance, Midwest

  • Manheim Seattle – Best Regional Performance, West and Best National Mazda Sales

  • Manheim Pennsylvania – Best National Jaguar Sales

  • Manheim Riverside – Best National Land Rover Sales

  • Manheim Pittsburgh – Best Regional Performance, Northeastern

Enterprise Holdings also honored top-performing auctions at NAAA, presenting its 2015 Auction Achievement Awards in two categories: whole-car auctions and damaged-vehicle auctions. Recipients were recognized for exceptional performance in the areas of communication, customer service, marketing and reconditioning, operational excellence and strategic planning. Manheim winners in the whole-car category included:

  • Manheim Georgia

  • Manheim Nevada

  • Manheim Omaha

  • Manheim Pennsylvania

  • Manheim Riverside

  • Manheim Southern California

  • Manheim Texas Hobby

In the damaged-vehicle category, two Manheim locations were recognized: Manheim Central California – TRA and Manheim TRA Tampa.
