Manheim Chicago Rocks Out

The three city Rock til We’re Out of Stock Tour made its final stop at Manheim Chicago on Sept. 21. Two world class brands, Toyota and Nissan, ran more than 1,000 cars through the Manheim Kansas City, Manheim Milwaukee and Manheim Chicago lanes. These special event sales gave attendees the opportunity to see a wide variety of inventory and win a number of prizes, including a one-of-a-kind classic rock experience – a trip to Las Vegas to see The Rolling Stones.

 

“The Toyota Rock and Roll sale was such a fun event for our auction,” said Manheim Chicago General Manager Mike Cesta. “We had great inventory and prizes to offer to our dealers and attendees. Plus, let’s be honest, who doesn’t love the Stones!” 

 

The Manheim Chicago sale wrapped up the Rock til We’re Out of Stock Tour by attracting more than 300 dealers to the event, both live and on Simulcast. The special event, featuring Toyota and Nissan sold 436 out of 506 units, showcasing an 86 percent conversion rate.

 

The Rock and Roll sale grand prize trip to Las Vegas to see The Rolling Stones was won by three dealers who attended the auctions, Tim Trelow of Crossroad Motors in Caseyville, Ill., Gary McCollough of Briggs Auto Group in Manhattan, Kan., Michael Thompson of Jordan Motors Inc. in Mishawaka, Ind. and one Simulcast winner, Michael Stinski of Mankato Motor Company in Mankato, Minn.  Other prizes included a Keith Richards telecaster guitar and Bluetooth speaker coolers.
